Staff
Scott PArk
Lead Pastor
Scott has been on staff at IMPACT since 2008 and has been our Senior Pastor since 2013. He’s especially passionate about relationships – helping people develop theirs with Jesus and with others, largely by preaching personable and applicable messages, but also through personal connections. Scott is married to Kim (also on staff) and they are proud of their two sons, both now in their 20s. In his free time Scott loves watching and playing a variety of sports plus all things outdoors, from skiing in the winter to backpacking in the summer.
Jud Weece
Associate Pastor
Jud has been on staff at Impact since 2022 and an elder since 2021. He is married to Sandi (also on staff). They have three married children and five grandchildren. Jud’s mission in life is to challenge people to fall in love with God and stay in love with God. Before coming to Impact he held ministry positions in campus ministry and Christian camping. Jud enjoys being outdoors anytime he can, doing whatever the season allows.
Sandi Weece
Children's Director
Sandi has been on staff since 2021 and is passionate about God, her family, and teaching kids to fall in love and stay in love with God. Sandi married Jud in 1991, and they have 3 children. Their daughter Janie is married to Jordan Andler with two children, Asa, and Janie. Their oldest son Jacob is married to Jamie, and they have two boys Anthem and Azariah. Their youngest son Jared is married to Maria, and they have a little girl, Josie. Their biggest joy is that all of them are living for the Lord and raising their kiddos to know Jesus. They are loving this phase of life and enjoying being grams & gramps.
Shaden Siegfreid
Youth Pastor
Shaden joined Impact as Youth Pastor in the summer of 2024. He's passionate about teenagers receiving a real, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ before they go off after high school. He also loves giving them a Christ-like place where they feel comfortable to have fun and have good fellowship. Shaden grew up in a pastor's home and is close to his two sisters as well as his parents. Much of his family is in ministry. He loves coaching, fishing, and lifting in his spare time.
Kim park
Co-Worship Pastor
Kim has been serving in the worship pastor role since 2015. She plans and leads the Sunday worship services and coordinates the schedules of musicians and technical volunteers. Her heart is to build a cohesive team of dedicated Christ followers that join together to create an environment where people can connect with God through music, prayer, and scripture. She is married to Scott, and they have two sons and one daughter-in-law. In order to renew, Kim enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, walking, camping, or simply sitting and soaking in sunshine and fresh air.
joel St. John
Co-Worship Pastor
Joel has served with IMPACT since late 2015 and his biggest passion for ministry is ushering people into the Throne Room of The King. He's married to his wife Danielle and has two sons, one daughter, one stepdaughter, and one granddaughter. One of his favorite pastimes is to ride horses with his family.
Isaac heidekrueger
Office Administrator
Isaac began working in the IMPACT office at the start of 2025. He is passionate for learning, teaching others the wonderful depth of the Word of God, and helping with youth. Isaac has an amazing mom and dad; Audrey and David, as well as 3 awesome sisters; Olivia, Aspen, and Ashley who is married to her husband Nate. He spends his free time learning philosophy, theology, debates, and enjoying all types of games.
Frank Kenens
Celebrate Recovery Ministry Leader
Frank has been working at IMPACT since the beginning of 2023. He is extremely passionate about the people he meets that have hurts, habits, and hang-ups and leading people to healing in Celebrate Recovery. Frank has been married to Teresa since 2006. He enjoys landscape photography and hiking in his spare time.
